La Boussole, Pinot Noir 2022

Located in the sunny, Mediterranean region of France's Pays d'Oc, Domaine Boussole have seemingly cracked the enigma of finding affordable French Pinot Noir which doesn't hold out on flavour. Their 2022 is very easy-drinking, benefiting from the warmer Mediterranean climates to produce wild strawberry, juicy raspberry and cherry notes along with a little mint and gooseberry on the palate. This is a light-bodied red which can really benefit from spending 30-minutes or so in the fridge before being enjoyed in the evening sun.
